Carolyn Teutenberg



Carolyn provides accounting, assurance, tax and consulting services to businesses and their owners, emphasizing a comprehensive, proactive and timely approach to providing professional advice. She has a wide range of experience with not-for-profit organizations and privately-held, owner-managed businesses in a variety of industries, including healthcare professionals, manufacturing and distribution, tourism and real estate.

Carolyn received her Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2006 after graduating from Brock University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) degree with First Class Standing. She was admitted into Beta Gamma Sigma, an international honours society for business programs accredited by AACSB International in 2005.

Carolyn began her career at a local Niagara Falls firm as a CPA student before joining DJB in 2006. She was promoted to Manager in 2008 and promoted to Senior Manager in 2013. Carolyn was admitted to partnership in 2016.

Carolyn is a lifelong Niagara resident and actively participates in the community by attending various charity events and golf tournaments. She volunteers as the Board Treasurer for the YWCA Niagara Region and serves as a member of the Firm’s Professionals Niche Group. Carolyn previously served as a member of The Tourism Partnership of Niagara’s Finance and Audit Committee and on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Niagara Falls and Fort Erie.
