Danielle Halliday has over 10 years of Human Resources experience and a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing a wide scope of HR initiatives.
She joined DJB in 2012 and has been responsible for the design and execution of all areas of HR including; recruitment, compensation, performance management, employee relations, policy development, HRMS implementation, training and employee development.
In addition, she is the Co-chair of DJB’s Health & Safety Committee and champions wellness initiatives across the Firm. Danielle has a strategic and analytical approach to achieving organizational goals, providing exceptional HR consulting to both the leadership team at DJB as well as to external clients.
After becoming a CHRP in 2013, Danielle obtained her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation in 2015 complementing her education in Business Administration and Human Resources Management along with work experience in municipal government and corporate retail environments.
An active member of the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario, Danielle was an executive board member for the Niagara Chapter (HRPAN) from 2012 to 2015 and continues to enrich her portfolio through professional development opportunities.
