DJB'S HOURS OF OPERATION
Unless otherwise stated, the Firm's office hours are 8:30 to 5:00 daily throughout the year. When working in a client's office, our staff is expected to observe the client's office hours and practices. It is normal practice, whenever necessitated by workload or deadline requirements, that increased hours per day or days per week will be worked by staff members. However, the Firm offers a Flexible Hours Program to all staff. This program allows staff the opportunity to organize their hours to meet client service requirements while making time available for personal enjoyment.
CA STUDENT SUPPORT AND AWARD PROGRAM
The firm has a program to assist students to prepare for core knowledge exams, School of Accountancy and the uniform final examinations.
The Firm will provide financial assistance for writers to be used for preparatory courses for the School of Accountancy and Uniform Final Examinations.
The Firm will provide cash awards for successful first time writers as follows:
- to any successful writer and an additional award to those who stand first in the District Association in which they wrote their exams
- who obtains an Ontario medal
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
The Firm has recognized the importance of providing timely feedback on perfomance to staff. Accordingly, the Firm has developed a comprehensive system of assessment and feedback to assist you in developing as a professional.
